Want a help about the mobile stylesheet

Hello Sir,
I want to create a application which is supported to the mobile
device.
The application is running on the mobile devices only.
So please help me about the flow, what type of mobile
css(stylesheets) have to include in the app files.
I get a plugin mobile_fu from the github account.
Please help me.
